I had a great birthday and I am glad I got to spend it with so many great people. Nana, Papaw, Grandpa Charlie, Aunt Becky, Taylor, Shelby, Aunt Jillian, Ms. Carrie, Jamey, Jack, and Ms. Beth all came to see me and help me celebrate. We had a train themed party, with train ticket invitations and I even wore my train conductor overalls for the occasion. I got lots of great things including a Handy Manny workbench and toolbox, a golf club set (which I like to call hockey sticks), a remote control car (that I like to chase kitties with), a toy chainsaw, racing cars, and lots of train toys. Here are a few pictures of me opening my presents, which took quite a while because I wanted to play with each toy as I opened it and not open the others :)
Mommy made cupcakes for my big day and she let me help to mix them up, here I am tasting the batter to make sure she did it right.

This year there were no tears when everyone sang happy birthday, but I didn't like everyone staring at me so I got a little scared and I made Mommy stay with me until they were done. Jack, Jamey, and I got to play outside with all my new toys and some of my old ones, while all the grown ups talked and caught up. Jack and Jamey even taught me how to ride my PowerWheels truck that Santa brought me for Christmas. Nana and Papaw helped me learn how to steer, here's a few pictures of us after the party. Papaw stayed outside with me and helped me steer around the drive way, we were out there forever and I had so much fun. Thanks to him I am now an awesome PowerWheels driver; I can drive all around and even park the truck in the garage between the cars!
The next weekend, Mommy, Daddy, and I went to the Gwinnett Gladiators game to watch - HOCKEY! My most favorite sport ever!!!! Daddy bought me a hockey stick and I love it, I carry it all over. I'm still scared of Maximus the mascot for the Gladiators, but I had an awesome time and the choo-choo's even came to watch the hockey game too (Side note: Connor thought there were choo-choo's in the arena when goals were scored and the sirens would go off). On Saturday morning, Mommy and I went to Memorial Park for an Easter egg hunt. I got to see the Easter Bunny, from a distance, as I wouldn't let Mommy get very close to him. Giant stuffed animals scare me - thanks Maximus! Sunday was Easter, so we went to Church with Nana, Papaw, and Aunt Becky, then we headed over to Aunt Becky's for Easter lunch. Luckily the Easter Bunny found me because we were all over the place that day and he even left me some eggs to hunt at Aunt Becky's.
That next week was Spring Break so Mommy and I got to hang out and play all week long. We went to the park with Mommy's friends and their boys and played on the playground and fed the ducks and turtles. Here we are watching them eat all of the bread that we didn't feed ourselves.
Luckily Mommy brought good bread and not the stale stuff because we got hungry feeding the ducks and decided to feed ourselves as well! Later that week Mommy and I met Ms. Katie and Hudson back up at the South Clarke Park and we got to run around together again. Hopefully well do it again when school's out!
The next Friday night Aunt Jillian brought her boyfriend Daniel down from South Carolina and we all went to the Great Southland Stampede Rodeo that Mommy, Daddy, and Aunt Jillian use to help to put on. They hadn't been back for a few years and it was my first time and I LOVED IT! All weekend long I talked about the ro-reo (rodeo) and I still do from time to time, I can't wait to go back next year - look out bulls, here I come! On Saturday we headed down to Thomaston to visit Granddaddy and Grandma Rachel and to pick up Papaw's new car that Ganddaddy gave him. I'll have Mommy post new pictures soon!
